Albertson, Maxine Suttle

Maxine Suttle Albertson, of Blacksburg, passed away Tuesday, August 19, 2008, at Montgomery Regional Hospital, Blacksburg, Va., after a brief illness. She was preceded in death by her parents, Zebuline and Annie Suttle; sisters, Margaret and Lorraine; and by her beloved husband, Fred W. Albertson.

Survivors include her sister, Marion Neal; daughters and sons-in-law, Jeannie and Richard Fender, and Mary and Grover Harcum. Also, Maxine left grandsons, Nathan Fender, Brandon and Jason Harcum, Justin Harcum and his wife, Kjersti; and great-grandson, Foster Harcum.

A memorial service will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday, August 23, 2008, at Warm Hearth Activity Center, Blacksburg. Her ashes will be interred in the memorial garden of Grace Episcopal Church, Radford, Va.
