Hodge, Virginia H.

On August 7, 2008, Virginia H. Hodge, 72, of Richmond, Va. went to be with her Lord and Savior.

She was preceded in death by her parents Zella and Hunley Hodge, five brothers, Coy, Roy, Paul, John and Wilmer (Bill) Hodge and beloved nephew, Ed Czerniakiewicz.

She is survived by three brothers and sisters-in-law, Newell (Polly), Sidney (Shirley) and Carl (Kathy) Hodge, of Christiansburg, Va.; three sisters and brother-in-law, Alma Epperly, Roanoke, Va., Allie Miles, Richmond, Va. and Joyce Czerniakiewicz (Bill), of Mechancisville, Va.; two nephews, Dennis Hodge, Charlotte, N.C., Joseph (Joey) Hodge, Christiansburg, Va.; nieces, Wanda Phillips, Judy Cole, Connie Turner, Linda Blankenship and Debbie Linkous, all of Christiansburg, Bonnie Lewis, Roanoke, Va., Teri Miles, Richmond, Va. and Julia Czerniakiewicz-Brooks, of Mechanicsville, Va. She is also survived by long time dear friend, Buddy Tiller, of Richmond, Va.

The family will receive friends Sunday ,August 10, 2008 from 6 until 8 p.m. at the Horne Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Monday August 11, 2008 at 12 noon in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Leon Alley, with interment to follow in Sunset Cemetery.
