Chisa, Elizabeth Ann

It is with sadness we announce that Elizabeth “Libby” Ann Chisa, 81, of Reno, NV, formerly of Radford, Va., unexpectedly passed away on Tuesday, November 11, 2014.

She is survived by her oldest son, David D. Quesenberry; his wife, Danelle; two grandchildren; two great grandchildren; and other close family in Virginia.

A short graveside service will be held at Highland Memorial Gardens, in Dublin at 1 p.m., Friday, November 28, 2014.
