Scaggs, Betty Jane Trail

Betty Jane Trail Scaggs, 74, of Radford, passed away Monday, November 10, 2014. She worked for many years as a cook at St. Albans Hospital.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harless William Scaggs, parents, Jason and Hattie Trail, and 6 siblings.

Survivors include sons and daughter-in-law, Richard and Carrie Scaggs of Radford, and Glenn and Lynn Scaggs of Shawsville; daughter and son-in-law, Patricia and Roy Duncan of NC; 7 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren; brother and sister, Freddy and Mildred; and numerous other relatives.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 13, 2014 at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. William Ratcliffe officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
