Necessary, Daisy Elizabeth

Daisy Elizabeth Necessary, 88, died Sunday, June 8, 2008, at her home in Christiansburg, Va.

She was born in Tazewell County, Va., and was the daughter of the late John H. and Ada Compton Necessary. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Ocie N. Patterson and Dora N. Catron; and five brothers, Lee, Clarence, Pierce, John H. and Douglas Necessary.

She is survived by her daughter, Donna Jennelle and husband, Richard; brother, Clyde Necessary and wife, Mildred, all of Christiansburg; and sister, Dixie Martin, of Dublin. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Gregory Jennelle and wife, Melanie, Kimberly Agee and husband, Steven, and Whitney Meadows, and husband Gary; greatgrandchildren, Hunter Jennelle, Joshua and Jacob Meadows, Caleb, Jarrett, Josie and Payton Agee. Several nieces and nephews also survive her.

A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, June 11, 2008, at Roselawn Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Steven Agee officiating. There will be no visitation.
