Minnick, Ruth Foster

Ruth Foster Minnick, 80, of Radford, died Monday, April 19, 2008. She was preceded in death by her parents, Garland and Louvenia Foster, and her husband, Jack Minnick.

She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and a long time employee of Radford Child Care Center.

Surviving are a daughter-in-law, Jackie and David Stillwell, of Belspring; two sisters-in-law, Barbara Foster and Virginia Albert, of Parrott; four grandchildren, Melanie Quesenberry, Holly Quesenberry, Joel Quesenberry and Cameron Quesenberry; one stepgranddaughter, Frances Stillwell; two greatgrandchildren, Adrianne Stillwell and Torian Quesenberry; along with a special cousin, Helen Meredith.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 21, 2008, at the Calvary Baptist Church with Pastor O.D. Morgan and the Rev. Brian Cochran officiating. Interment will follow in Sunrise Burial Park.

The family will receive friends from 12 noon until service time at the church. DeVilbiss Funeral Home, Radford is handling the arrangements.
