Frazier, Kathryn Louise Brookman

amem_gardening.jpgKathryn Louise Brookman Frazier, 78, of Pearisburg, began a new life in eternity with her Lord on Saturday, April 26, 2008.

She was born in Princeton, W.Va. on July 27, 1929, and was the daughter of the late Clyde Joseph and Bessie Alice Thomason Brookman. Kathryn was an active member of First United Methodist Church, in Narrows, where she worshiped for 62 years. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, she will be dearly missed by her family and all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Cedric Hampton Frazier; a son and his wife, Bruce and Heather Frazier, all of Pearisburg; four grandchildren, Steffan, Kathryn, Gunar, and Bradley Frazier; a brother and his wife, Don and Pat Brookman, of Pearisburg; a sister and her husband, Leona and Corky Martin, of Narrows; several nieces, nephews, and cousins as well as a special niece, Cindy Light, of Narrows.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 29, 2008, at 11 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church, in Narrows, with the Rev. Wayne Monroe officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery, in Narrows.
