Lawrence, Raymond B.

Raymond B. Lawrence, 86, of Radford, passed away Saturday, September 13, 2014. He was of the Pentecostal faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Noah B. and Amenthia Conner Lawrence.

Survivors include his wife of 35 years Opal Bain Lawrence; daughter, Debra Lawrence of Christiansburg; step sons and step daughter-in-law, Jay and Lori Shaffer of Jonestown, NC and Stephen Shaffer of Snowville; sisters, Ilene Lawrence of Roanoke and Reba Jones of Pilot; grandson, Anthony Rhea; step grandchildren, Amber, Dana, Ben, and David Shaffer.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at 11am at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. Leon Alley officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Cemetery in Christiansburg. The family will receive friends from 10 am until 11am prior to the service.
