Medley, Eula Spangler

Eula Spangler Medley, 79, of Christiansburg died Sunday, January 27, 2008 at Lewis Gale Medical Center.

She was born in West Virginia on December 17, 1928 to the late Leonard and Rosa Spangler. She was retired from RAAP as an accounting specialist, with over 37 years of service.

She is preceded in death by her sisters, Glenna Davis and Ada Harvey; her brothers, Oscar, Roy, Leonard, Ray, and Gradon Spangler; and her husband, Harold L. Medley.

She is survived by her sister, Clara Crawford, of Ballard W.Va.; sons, Robert (Bobby) Medley and wife, Vanessa, of Blacksburg, and Benny L. Medley, of Radford; and a grandson, Robert (Scott) Medley, of Christiansburg.

Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday, January 30, 2008, in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Jerry Sloss officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin. The family will receive friends from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday evening at the McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Drive, Blacksburg.
