Furrow, Charlie Evans

Charlie Evans Furrow, 69, of Elliston, passed away Thursday, December 20, 2007, at Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

The son of the late Frank and Virginia Spangler Furrow, he was also preceded in death by a brother, Alvin Furrow. Surviving are his wife, Freida Furrow; a daughter and son-in-law, Tonya and Danny Combs; grandsons, Evan and Shawn, all of Elliston, Va.; a brother, Larry Furrow, Kentucky; and sister-in-law, Loretta Furrow, Elliston, Va.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, December 22, 2007 at the graveside in the Gearheart Family Cemetery, Elliston with Mr. Lynn Reese officiating. The Furrow family is being served by Horne Funeral Service, Christiansburg. Online condolences may be sent to www.hornefuneralservice.com.
