West, Cecile Ann

Cecile Ann West, 77, of Pulaski, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2014. Survivors include daughters, Elizabeth Early of Galax, Leona Casey of Charlotte, NC, and Wendy Halsey-Richardson of Chattanooga, TN; sons, Tim Smith of Dobson, NC and Gene Halsey of Hillsville; 10 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren; brothers, Artis West of California and Rush D. West of Arkansas; and sisters, Mae West of Allisonia and Sally Snow of Barren Springs.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, May 24, 2014 at 11:00 am at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. Theron Phillips officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at
10:00 am.
