Raymond Thomas, Jr., 75, of Floyd, passed away Friday, October 19, 2007.

He is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Wayne Thomas of Willis, Jerry and Vicki Thomas of Willis, Bobby and Janice Thomas of Floyd and Dale and Lane Thomas of Evans, Georgia; stepdaughters and their husbands, Mary and Raymond Goodchild and Rose and Lee Hogan of Roanoke; one stepson, Johnny Lawson of Madison Heights; his sister and her husband, Erleen and James Waller of Bassett; his brother and his wife, Donald and Linda Thomas of Martinsville and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Graveside memorial services will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, October 27, 2007 at the Williams Cemetery with the Rev. Graham Mitchell officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Arrangements by Maberry Funeral Home.
