Jessica Shantel Phillips, 12, of Willis, passed away on Tuesday August 7, 2007.

She is preceded in death by her brother, Dustin Keith Phillips; and maternal grandmother, Bonnie Taylor Saul. Survivors include her parents, K. Barry and Belinda Phillips of Willis, Va.; brothers, Joshua Matthew Phillips and Joseph Emmanuel Phillips of Willis, Va.; paternal grandparents, Cobern and Agnes Phillips of Willis, Va.; maternal grandfather, David W. Saul of Radford, Va.; and great-grandmother, Ruth Taylor Pearman of Blacksburg, Va.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, August 10, 2007 at Maberry Funeral Home with Larry Phillips officiating. Interment to follow at the Showalter Cemetery. The family with receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, August 9, 2007 at Maberry Funeral Home. Arrangements by Maberry Funeral Home, Floyd.
