Horn, Shelia Baker

Shelia Kay Horn, age 65, of Rich Creek, VA, passed away on Thursday, November 20, 2025. She was born in Welch, WV, on June 27, 1960, and was the daughter of the late Harold Baker and Shirley Lambert Baker.

Shelia was a loving mother and grandmother. She loved attending church at Victory Pentecostal Church where she was a member. She enjoyed fishing, camping and going out to eat.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Drema Mitchell; brothers, Mark Baker, Eddie Baker, Dennis Baker, and Paul Baker; and her sister, Pearl Glick.

Shelia is survived by her sons, Harold Baker of Princeton, WV, and Josh Baker (Kathy Sullivan) of Saltville, VA; adopted daughters, Jennifer Crosswhite of Abindgon, VA, and Theresa Clemons of Princeton, WV; brothers, Ray Baker of Bluewell, WV, and Tracy Baker (Ruth) of Raysal, WV; sister, Tammy Baker; and grandchildren, Mark Mitchell, Dalton Mitchell, Nicholas Delp, Kyleigh Baker, Jaylee Baker and Haylee Baker.

In keeping with Shelia’s wishes, she will be cremated. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
