Hull, Richard M.

Richard M. Hull (Smutty), 62, of Christiansburg, Va., entered into eternal rest with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on July 25, 2007 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital.

He was born on June 27, 1945 to the late Elizabeth Morgan and Roscoe Hull. He was a lifetime member of Asbury United Methodist Church. Richard is predeceased by one brother, William Henry Hull.

Richard leaves to cherish his memory and rejoice at his going to be with Jesus, one daughter; two sisters, Elizabeth Z. Brown of Beckley, W.Va., Betty J. Harry of Riverside, Calif.; one brother, Dr. Anthony W. Hull, Sr. (Elder Bobbie K.); Very Special Friend (Same as a Brother, Alvin D. Lester, Richmond, Va.; and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Celebration of life services will be held on Friday, August 3, 2007 at 2 p.m. at Asbury United Methodist Church, Christiansburg, Va. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the service. Burial in the Schaffer Memorial Baptist Church Cemetery in Christiansburg, Va. Services entrusted to Penn’s Funeral Home, Pulaski, Va.
