Harris, Glenn Howard
Glenn Howard Harris, age 75, of Riner died at his home on Thursday, January 4, 2024. He was born in Christiansburg, Va., on August 30, 1948, to the late Howard Chester and Marguerite Duncan Harris.
He is preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Dale Erwin Harris, and a brother-in-law, Ernest Hosey.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis Ann Harris; sons and daughters-in-law, Howard and Stacy Ann Harris, and Damon and Carla Ann Harris; stepdaughters, Nancy Astor Agnew and Penny Renee Hamilton; sisters, Jovita Hosey and Sandra (Jim) Bane; 9 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted Monday, January 8, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor James Bradley and Pastor T. Michael Bond officiating. Interment will follow in the Roselawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. before the service.

My dear cousin Glenn has gone to meet his Lord and savior. I thank our gracious Father in heaven for the time he gave us to be together on earth and can’t wait to be together in heaven, praise God!
