Sands, Vicky Trail
Vicky Trail Sands of Dublin died on June 2, 2022, at the Carillion New River Valley Medical Center at the age of 63. She was born on September 10, 1958, to the late Gordon Leroy Trail and Almeda Williams Trail.
The two most treasured parts of Vicky’s lifer were her family and her teaching. She spent her entire adult life to teaching.
Left to cherish her memory will be her loving and devoted husband; Stephen Ira Sands and her son; Kenneth Sands.
Vicky also left three brothers to carry on her legacy as well: Michael Trail (Kathy) of Dublin, Dennis Trail (Janet) of Dublin and Curtis Trail of Pulaski.
A host of nieces and nephews also survive Vicky as well as grandnieces and grandnephews.
Vicky also had a special love to her pets. Chewy was her special Shih-Tzu who passed away in December of 2021.
A Memorial Service to celebrate her life will be scheduled at a later date.

I am so saddened by this news. We would laugh & have some great talks when she was having her nails done. I will miss her. I am so sorry for the family.
