Blankenship, Cristy Lynn

Cristy Lynn Blankenship, 28, of Narrows was called away from her Earthly home on Thursday, May 10, 2007.

She was born in Blacksburg on April 4, 1979 and is the daughter of Dewey and Bobbie Blankenship of Narrows. She was preceded in death by her brother who she loved and missed dearly, Marvin Blankenship.

In addition to her parents, she leaves with us a special little boy, Jacob Alvin Blankenship of Narrows, and the love of her life, Calvin (C.J.) Meador. She also leaves to cherish her memory, two brothers, Randy Blankenship and wife Lois and Michael Blankenship, all of Narrows; two sisters, Pamela Hilton and husband Billy of Pembroke; and the most special loving sister Cristy could have had, a twin, Misty Blankenship of Narrows; and so many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews who Cristy loved so much.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Monday, April 14, 2007 at North Narrows Tabernacle of the Lord Jesus Christ Holiness Church with the Rev. Paul Terry and the Rev. Lee Martin officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Cemetery in Narrows.
