Snider, Paul Matthew

Paul Matthew Snider, 41, of Rich Creek, departed this life Sunday, May 6, 2007 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke after a long illness.

Born in Pearisburg on March 10, 1966, he was a son of the late Nancy Louise Saunders Snider and Emory Lee “Blackie” Snider. He was disabled from Pulaski Furniture. His parents, a brother, Barry Snider, and a sister, Lee Ann Page preceded him in death.

He leaves to cherish his memory two sons, Tyler Snider of Salem, Austin Snider of Lewisburg, W.Va.; a daughter, Tiffany Snider of Bozoo, W.Va.; two brothers, Barney Snider and Anthony Snider of Rich Creek; two sisters, Tammy Bryant of Peterstown, W.Va. and Lynn Barlow of Pearisburg; three stepbrothers, Frankie, David, and Eugene Blankenbecker.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. in The Kendall Funeral Home Chapel at 605 Snidow St. in Pembroke. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. Burial of his cremated remains will be private, at a later date.
