Kirtner, Mae Irene Lovern

Mae Irene Lovern Kirtner, 98, of Radford, passed away Sunday, February 16, 2014. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank James and Stella Mae Lovern, her husband James Henderson Kirtner, Sr., daughter, Betty K. Carden, son, Bobby Dean Kirtner, and two granddaughters. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Patsy K. and John Cummings of Liberty, NC; son, James Henderson Kirtner, Jr. of Jacksonville, NC; 6 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and 6 great great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 22, 2014 at 2:00 pm at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. Dwayne Lester officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm until the time of the service. The Kirtner family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
