Thomas, Phyllis Corder

Phyllis Corder Thomas passed away on Monday January 27, 2014. She was born October 27, 1951 in Wyandotte, Michigan and spent the last 34 years in Humble, Texas residing in Atascocita. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ben V. Corder and Ivan Hope Montgomery Corder. She was a wonderful wife, mother & grandmother and will be dearly missed. She is survived by Her husband of 44 years- Donald Thomas-Humble,TX. Two Daughters- Cary and her husband, Tom & granddaughter, Autumn- Houston,TX. Robyn and her husband, Rob – Houston,TX. Many cousins and relatives in Pulaski County,Virginia. Funeral services will be held Monday 2:00 p.m., February 3, 2014 in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel1631 Bob White Blvd., Pulaski 24301.with Rev Ginny Tompkins officiating. Burial will follow in the Montgomery Family Cemetery, Highland Road, Dublin where she will be laid to rest by her mother. Visitation will be Monday from 1:00 p.m until service time at the Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski. In lieu of flowers you can donate to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation at JDRF.org & go to memorial donation section. This will help with future diabetes research. Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski is handling the arrangements for the Thomas family.
