Creasey, Alice Ann

Alice Ann (Honey) Creasey, of Avon, Conn., passed away Friday, April 27, 2007, at her home.

Born in Brockton, Mass., daughter of the late Winifred Perry and Ellen (McKinnon) Kilrow, she was a graduate of New England Baptist Hospital School of Nursing; served as a nurse in the U.S. Navy; and professionally as a Registered Nurse for more than 40 years. Prior to moving to Avon, Conn., she had been a long time resident of Blacksburg, Va.

Honey is survived by a son, Skip Creasey, his wife Cathy and granddaughters Mary and Ellyn of Avon, Conn.; a daughter, Win Perry Register and her husband Jim, and grandson Jay and granddaughter Cayt of Charlotte, N.C.; and a daughter, K.D. Moore, and her husband Kerry and grandson Michael Whittlesey of Tazwell, Va.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 26, 2007, 2 p.m. at L’Arche Bed & Breakfast, 301 Wall St., Blacksburg, Va. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
