James Edward Tolley, age 73, of Blacksburg died, Wednesday, December 25, 2013, at Lewis Gale Hospital-Montgomery. He was born in Raleigh County, WV. on December 18, 1940 to the late Clayton and Athlean Cook Tolley. He is survived by his wife, Valerie Kaye Harrison Tolley, of Blacksburg, daughter, Jolene Thornton, of Blacksburg, brothers, Jimmy Tolley, of Ohio, Charles Tolley, of Tolleytown, WVA., seven grandchildren, two great grandchildren. Graveside services will be conducted at a later date in Tolleytown, WVA. Arrangements by McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
