King, William H.

William H. King, age 67, of Blacksburg died Monday, December 23, 2013 at his home. He was retired from Va Tech after 30 years of service. He was also a big fan of Va Tech Hokies and the Chicago Bears. He was preceded in death by his long time companion, Patricia King, his loving daughter, Deborah Meadows and his sister, Dorothy Davis. He is survived by his son, Michael T. Meadows and wife, Jamie; sisters, Wynn Pratt, Anna King, Dolly Bellinger; brother, Sonny Breedlove; grandchildren, Xayvion Meadows and Malachi Meadows. He will be missed by a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends. Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, January 4, 2013 at 2:00 pm in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Blacksburg Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until service time Saturday at the McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
