Jerry Wesley Wade, (infant), of Floyd, passed away on Friday, November 22, 2013. He was preceded in death by his great-grandpa, Jerry Wade and his great-great uncle, Wesley Duncan. He is survived by his mother, Danielle Wade; his grandmother, Janice Meeks; his great-grandma, Elizabeth Thompson; his aunt, Stephanie Meeks;his great aunt Alesha Akers; his great-great aunts, Shirley Duncan, Hazel and Cleo McAlexander; his great-great uncle, William and Wanda Griffith; a special friend, Gene Howell. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 24, 2013 at Gardner Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Warren Bumgarner officiating.
