Margaret Vivian Burwell, 92 of Narrows, VA passed away Saturday, November 9, 2013 at home surrounded by her family. Born May 5, 1921 at Narrows, VA she was the daughter of the late Harry and Cora Grace Robertson Fleeman. Margaret was a homemaker and was of the Baptist faith. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Charles Robert “Bob” Burwell, three sons, Michael Harris, Max and Jeffrey Burwell, one daughter, Robin Burwell, great grandson, Michael Todd Lawrence, four sisters and one brother. Survivors include one son, Doug Harris of Harrisonburg, VA, four daughters, Patsy Faul and husband Myrl of Peterstown, WV, Bobbie Sparks of Narrows, VA, Ann Buckland of Pearisburg, VA and Linda Ballard and husband Chuck of Narrows, VA, one sister, Magdaline Perdue and husband Prince of Sandusky, OH, fifteen grandchildren, twenty six great grandchildren and fourteen great-great grandchildren. Funeral Service will be 1:00 PM, Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at the Broyles-Shrewsbury Funeral Home Chapel, Peterstown, WV with Pastor Terry Easter officiating. Burial will follow in the Peterstown Cemetery, Giles County, WV. Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral service, Wednesday.
