Schumacher, Donald R.

Donald R. Schumacher passed away in Blacksburg on September 13, 2013. He was predeceased by his parents, Hilda and Stanley H. Schumacher Sr.; and brother, Stanley H. Schumacher Jr. Don is survived by his wife, Edith; and daughter, Erin. Originally from Long Island, N.Y., he was a longtime resident of southwestern Virginia. Don was a quiet man who loved the mountains and found his peace near the water. Donations to honor Don’s life may be made to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation.
