Barbara Jean Witcher, 77, of Dublin, departed this life Tuesday, September 17, 2013, at her residence. She was born April 12, 1936, in Sparta, N.C., to the late Click Choate and Blanche Bryson Choate. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 24, 2013, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Faith Tabernacle United Holiness Church, Dublin.
