Roberts, Tamra Lee

Tamra Lee Roberts, of Christiansburg, went to be with the Lord and beloved husband on September 7, 2013. Tammy was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She was preceded in death by her husband of 29 years, Danny Roberts; mother; sister; and cousin. She is survived by three daughters, Carrie and fiancé, Gary, Amanda and Damon, and Danielle and fiancé, Bubba; grandchildren, Daniel, Cloey, Dylan, and Ethan; sisters, Det, Lisa, Debbie, and Deborah; grandmother, Esther Griffith; well as several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Monday, September 9, 2013, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Horne Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, September 10, 2013, in the Horne Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Jerry Shepherd officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Christiansburg. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations would be made to Horne Funeral Service to help offset expenses.
