LeShock, Edward Lee

Edward Lee LeShock 64 of Radford passed away Sunday, September 1, 2013 at the New River Valley Medical Center. He was a retired Art Professor at Radford University. Survivors include, Marion E. Mercer who loved him deeply from the first, now and always; his aunt and godmother, Stella Kundick, cousins, Gary Kundick, Darlene Rojek and Fred Plavney and and extended family and friends in Ohio and Pennsylvania. Memorial services will be held Saturday, September 7, 2013 at 11:00 am at St. Jude Catholic Church with Father Remi Sojka officiating. Inurnment will follow in St Jude Catholic Church Columbarium. The family will receive friends prior to the service beginning at 10:30 am. Following the service a very informal reception will be held at his home at 1608 Grove Avenue, Radford, Va. In lieu of flowers the family requests that contributions be made to VFW Post #776, c/o Gary Harris, 402 Ninth Street Radford, Virginia 24141.
