Conner, Eva E.

Eva E. Conner, 94, of Check, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, August 16, 2013. She was born of the late Hiley and Blanche Epperly, of Huffville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Maurice H. Conner; and one daughter and son-in-law, Peggy and Calvin Bain.

She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Edwin C. and Norma Jean Conner, Harvey L. and Lessie B. Conner, and Clinton L. and Diann V. Conner; daughters and sons-in-law, Helen C. and Earl Hubbard, Marcia C. and James Turner, and Penny E. Conner; 10 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; seven stepgreat-grandchildren; five great- great- grandchildren; sister, Margie Beckleheimer; sisters-in-law, Mazie Wimmer and Jewell Pannell; special friends and caretakers, Ann Bower, Rose Rakes, Deidra Webb, and Kelly Mcallistor; and her cat, Tiger. A private graveside service will be held on Sunday, August 18, 2013, at Jacksonville Cemetery with Pastor Roy Turpin officiating. Interment will follow in the Jacksonville Cemetery.
