White, James Melvin

James Melvin White, 82, of Radford, passed away Sunday, July 28, 2013. He was retired from Lynchburg Foundry. He was preceded in death by a wife, Ethelyn Carroll White, and a son, Terry M. White.

Survivors include his wife, Colleen O. White; daughter, Judy Carter; 4 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; sister, Carlene Martin; step daughters, Linda Naff, Kathy Keesee, Wanda DeWell and Joyce Harmon; stepsons, Carlton and Donald Quesenberry; 9 step-grandchildren and 8 step-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 1, 2013 at 11:00 am at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. Jim Walker and Rev. Roger Graves officiating. Interment will follow in Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends from 9:30 am until the time of the service at the funeral home.
