McKnight, Robert Wesley

Robert Wesley McKnight, 34, of Pulaski, passed away Friday, June 7, 2013 in the Lewis Gale Hospital, Pulaski. Born April 28, 1979 in Winston Salem, North Carolina, he is the son of Charles McKnight and Karen Webb Edwards. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Herbert Webb. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps having served in Iraq.

He is survived by His wife, Jennifer Nicole McKnight of Pulaski; mother, Karen Webb Edwards of Hillsville; father, Charles McKnight of Lowgap, N.C.; brother, Matthew McKnight and wife, Kaili of Pulaski; niece, Lexi McKnight and nephew, Aiden McKnight of Pulaski; grandmother, Lilly Webb of Hillsville; grandparents, James and Gelene McKnight of Lowgap- N.C.; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Jerry and Judy Sneed of Kingsport, Tenn.; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Julie and Sal Jimenez of Cincinnati, Ohio; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Jon and Morgan Sneed, Renton, Wash; many aunts; uncles ; and cousins. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday 2 p.m., June 11, 2013 in the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski with the Rev. David Johnson officiating, Interment will follow in the Southwest Virginia Veterans Cemetery, Dublin with Full military honors conducted by the United States Marine Corps. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 1 p.m. until service time at 2 p.m. at Bower Funeral Home.
