Crowder, Laura Ann Hancock

Laura Ann (Hancock) Crowder, 34, of Dublin, died on Sunday, May 26, 2013, at her home. She was born in Wythe County on April 19, 1979. She was preceded in death by her father, William Johnson Crowder. She is survived by her husband, Martin Hancock, of Dublin; her mother, Frances Willard, of Pulaski; her daughter, Kaitlyn Brook Hancock; her son, William Martin Hancock, both of Dublin; stepson, Justin Hancock and wife, Shelly, of Fairlawn; grandson, Jackson; a brother, Robert Petty, of Pulaski; loving mother-in-law, Margaret Hancock; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Helen (Sissy) Ayers of Fairlawn; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Larken and Rebecca Hancock and their children, Alexis and Megan, of North Carolina; special nieces, Destiny Hancock and Jacqueline Hancock; and special family angel, Shelby Lucas. Funeral Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, May 31, 2013, in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Marcus Harrison officiating. Interment will follow in the Brown Family Cemetery, Belsprings. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday evening, May 30, 2013, at McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg. 540-552-3211.
