Wright, Lois Ann Vaughn

Lois Ann Vaughn Wright, 72, of Hiwassee, VA died Sunday, April 28, 2013 at her home. She was born in Carroll Co., VA on July 4, 1940 and was the daughter of the late Glenn Vaughn and Mary Isom Vaughn.

She was also preceded in death by a sister, Helen Vaughn, a grandson, Dustin and by her husband, Carl C. Wright.

Mrs. Wright was a member of the Allisonia Pentecostal Holiness Church and a retired cook with Highland Ridge Rehab Center.

She was expecting a great-great-grandchild in August.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 1, 2013, at 2:00 PM from the Stevens Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Hall officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin. Visiting will be Wednesday at the funeral home where the family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until the service hour.
