James Edward Covey, age 64 of Pulaski passed away Thursday, March 14, 2013 in the Montgomery Regional Hospital, Blacksburg. Born September 30, 1948 in Pulaski, he is the son of the late Edith Louise Oakes Covey. He was retired from Jefferson Mills with over 30 years of service. Surviving Wife Nancy Marie Gallimore Covey-Pulaski Son Michael Gallimore & wife, Donna-Austinville Grandchildren Jonathan Gallimore- Pulaski Contessa Gallimore- Austinville Brothers Marvin Covey-Pulaski Larry Covey-Pulaski Sister Carolyn Hubbard-Wytheville Funeral services will be Wednesday 2:00 pm, March 20, 2013 at the Bower Funeral Home Chapel, Pulaski with Pastor Mary Morris and Pastor Donald Crowder officiating. Interment will follow in Ray Cemetery, Pulaski. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. until service time at Bower Funeral Home. Bower Funeral Home, Pulaski is handling the arrangements for the Covey Family.
