Duncan, Robert Gerald (Toby)
Robert Gerald (Toby) Duncan, 75, passed away Monday, January 28, 2013, at his home in Radford. He was retired after 35 years as storeroom clerk at the Lynchburg Foundry and served in the United States Air Force. Survivors include his wife of 20 years, Bee Gee Duncan; his children, Vicki D. Pinard, Sharon D. Baker, Todd Duncan and wife, Terri, and Dennis Windle and wife, Michelle; grandchildren, Angie C. Graybeal and husband, Thomas, Natalia D. Collins and husband, John, Chelsea Duncan and Desmond Windle; great-grandchildren, Tyler Collins, Christopher Collins, Trinity Collins, and Ivy Graybeal; sister, Jean D. Yost (husband, Kenneth, is deceased); many nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law; favorite pets, Shiloh and Rain; and his many Claytor Lake friends. The family would like to give a special thanks to Carilion NRV Hospice. The family will receive friends Wednesday, January 30, 2013, from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Mullins Funeral Home with funeral services to follow at 7 p.m. with the Rev. David Kent officiating. Military graveside services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, January 31, 2013, at the Draper Valley Pentecostal Holiness Church Cemetery.
