Mitchell Sr. Curtis Lee

Curtis Lee Mitchell Sr. 75, of Pulaski, passed away Saturday November 10, 2012 in the LewisGale Hospital, Pulaski. He was born in Smyth county August 29, 2012 the son of the late Edward Lee and Annie Evelyn Burkett Mitchell. He was also preceded in death by a son, Curtis L. Mitchell Jr. He worked as a core driller in the mining industry and was Pentecostal by faith. He is survived by his wife, Charlotte Cregger Mitchel; daughters and spouses, Treassa and Jerry French, Pulaski, Jeannie and Darrell Quesenberry, Draper, Janet Mitchell, Richmond; son and spouse, Doug and Gini Mitchell, Pulaski; sister and spouse, Shirley and Virgil Cowin, Brownwood, Texas; brother and spouse, Roger and Linda Mitchell, Rural Retreat; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and on due to arrive shortly. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday November 13, 2012 at 7 p.m. from the Stevens Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Geary Jonas and the Rev. Richard Collins officiating. A Graveside Service will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. in the Highland Memory Gardens, Dublin. The Family will receive friends and family from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday evening before the service at Stevens Funeral Home, Pulaski.
