Simmons, Frank Samuel

Frank Samuel Simmons, 42, of the Mechanicsburg Community, Bland, passed away Sunday, September 9, 2012, at his home. He was born on February 11, 1970, in Pearisburg, the son of Vernie Simmons and the late Bennett Simmons. In addition to his mother, he is survived by two daughters, Harmony and Rachel Simmons; five brothers, Joe Simmons, David Simmons and wife, Pat, Travis Simmons and wife, Cindy, John Simmons and Diane Wright, Mitch Simmons; and one sister, Sharon Foglesong and husband, Mike. Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, September 12, 2012, at the Morning Star Cemetery, Bland with the Rev. Charles Clark officiating. There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
