White, Robert Lee

Robert Lee White, age 72, of Blacksburg died, Sunday, September 9, 2012 at his home. He was born in Pulaski, Va. on August 14, 1940 to the late Ernest and Mary White. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Nancy Irene White of Blacksburg; brothers-in-law, James Duncan, Lewis Beckner; sisters-in-law, Barbara and Lloyd Womack, Shirley Duncan, Betty Henry, Lucy Duncan; 8 nieces and nephews, David and Deanna Beckner, Todd and Tina Beckner, Pam and Glen McGuire, Sandy Marshall, Minnie Henry, Melanie Henry, Brad and Jen Hall, Ashley and Michael Hines; 10 great-nieces and nephews, McKinley, Jimmi, Christian, Issac, Eli, Madison, Caitlin, Ava, Emma and Kelly. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, September 13, 2012 at 11:00 am in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Roy Turpin officiating. Interment will follow in the Oakwood Cemetery, Pulaski. The family will receive friends from 5-7:00 pm Wednesday evening at the McCoy Funeral Home, 150 Country Club Dr., SW, Blacksburg.
