Saul, Vera Duncan

Vera D. Saul, of Salem, was born on July 21, 1932, and went home to be with Jesus, on Saturday, September 8, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ebb and Lera Duncan; brother, Wesley Duncan; sister, Martha Radford; and granddaughter, Haley Klesser. She leaves behind a husband, Gilman Saul; five children, Lynn Klesser, Vickie Undercoffer, Robert, Rodney and Kyle Saul; five brothers, Arnold, John, Kenneth, Curtis and Fred Duncan; four sisters, Hazel Smallwood, Joyce Underwood, Peggy Duncan and Verna Pringle; 10 grandchildren; and 15 great- grandchildren. The Duncan-Underwood Reunion will take place August 18, 2013, at 2067 Barberry Road, Floyd, Va. A Celebration of Vera’s Life will take place at that time. Family and friends are invited to attend and share memories and photos. Interment of cremains will be in the Rakes Cemetery.
