Sale, Robert Albin

Robert Albin Sale, 80, passed away Monday, July 9, 2012 at his home in Radford.

He was a member of Bethel United Methodist Church and a farmer. The love of family and farm provided Bob with much joy and that legacy is inherited by the family.

Survivors include his wife of 56 years Judy Crowell Sale; daughters and sons-in-law, Becky and Ken Downey of Mount Crawford, Patti and Rodd Hall of Christiansburg, and Margie and Fred Gilmer of Radford; brother and sister-in-law Pete and Connie Sale of Radford; five grandchildren Brantley and Michael Hall, and Blair, Allie and Ben Gilmer; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Funeral services will be held Friday, July 13, 2012 at 11:00 am at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. Bobby Lorton officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
