Chrisman, Anne Peterson
Anne Peterson Chrisman, 88, of Radford, passed away Thursday, January 26, 2012. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, and a retired telephone operator with 35 years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, James Crockett Chrisman on November 9, 2009. Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Craig and Anne Chrisman, of Radford, and David and Jennifer Chrisman, of Sandston; five grandchildren, the Rev. Timothy Chrisman, Dr. Micah Chrisman, Taylor Chrisman, Preston Chrisman, and Parker Chrisman; two great- grandchildren, Kaylee and Emily Chrisman; two sisters and brother-in-law, Martha and Charlie Ward and Louise Osborne, both of Dublin; and several nieces and nephews. A special thanks to the nurses, CNAs, staff, and her extended family for the past seven years at Radford Health and Rehab. Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. Monday, January 30, 2012, at the First Baptist Church with Dr. Paul Lane, the Rev. Kent Taylor and the Rev. Timothy Chrisman officiating. Interment will follow in the Highland Memory Gardens in Dublin. The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
