Hall, Donna Gentry

Donna Gentry Hall, 77, of Christiansburg, passed away at home on Saturday, January 7, 2012. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 57 years, Cyrus O. Hall Jr.; son, Patrick Hall of Cary, N.C.; daughter, Theresa Attwell and husband, Evans, of Houston, Texas; and grandchildren, Patrick and Mary Evans Attwell, who lovingly called her “Baba.” Donna will be missed by family and friends. She was a wonderful cook, and made everyone feel welcome in her kitchen. She was retired from Radford University. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, January 10, 2012, at Horne Funeral Home. The Funeral Mass will be held 11 a.m. on Wednesday, January 11, 2012, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Christiansburg, with Father John Prinelli officiating.
