Kaluszka, Dr. David Hubert
Dr. David Hubert Kaluszka, 69, of Floyd, Va., and formerly of Michigan, was born on July 21, 1942, and passed away on Monday, December 26, 2011.
Dr. Kaluszka served in the United States Navy; was an Industrial Designer in Toronto; and a Chiropractor in Virginia.
Memorial Service will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 29, 2011, at St. Peter’s Anglican Catholic Church with the Rev. Alex Darby officiating.
Surviving are his wife, Lori; son, Aaron; daughters, Danette (Greg), Evette (Clint), Sidra and Chanda; and grandchildren, Brooke and Paige.

We were so young then…engaged to be married, but for a short time….before each of us would become adult parents, homeowners, teachers, leaders in our own right. I’m glad you went into healthcare. Never would have guessed. You called me “teach” for the instructor I would become. I would go to Davisville, R.I. to meet your ships’ return from those “oh so many Navy missions”, I’ll remember always the artist in you through the many photos you took of me, framed and in albums, especially those of my Dad on the boat and my darling young sister, still cherished treasures to this day.
God speed, David. I’ll see you again one day.
