Smith, Rita Hall

Rita Hall Smith, 67, passed away at her home in Dublin on Monday, December 12, 2011. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie B. and Gladys Virginia Myers Hall, and a grandson, Brandon Scott. Survivors include her husband, John Frank Smith of Dublin; son, Charles William Smith of Dublin; daughter and son-in-law, Monica and Kenny Lowe of Destin, FL; three grandchildren, Victoria Scott, Hannah Lowe, and John David Haley; and two brothers, Charles B. Hall, Jr. of Christiansburg, and Hubert S. Hall of Dublin. A memorial service celebrating her life will be held Thursday, December 15, 2011 at 5:00 pm at the Mullins Funeral Home in Radford with Rev. Doug Testerman officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:00 pm until the time of the service. The Smith family is in the care of Mullins Funeral Home & Crematory in Radford.
