Lester, Ruby Cassie

Ruby Cassie Lester, 91, of Riner, Va., passed away on December 14, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Edward Lester; and her son, Phillip Gerald Lester. She is survived by her daughter, Angela Barlow and husband, Heath; grandchildren, Scott Harvey and wife, Rachel, Alex Harvey and Mac Harvey; sisters, Ethel Dulaney and Goldie Layne. The family will receive friends on Friday, December 16, 2011, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Horne Funeral Home. The funeral service will be conducted on Saturday, December 17, 2011, at 2 p.m. at the Ellett Valley Pentecostal Holiness Church, with Pastor Steve Aker and the Rev. Wallace Yopp officiating.
