Swaine, Katrina Lynn

Katrina Lynn Swaine, 40, of Christiansburg, died Thursday, December 8, 2011, at her home. She was born in Montgomery County November 20, 1971. She is survived by her daughter, Yasmine Hoston, of Christiansburg; mother and stepfather, Frances and Everett Hill, of Rich Creek; father, Edward Leon Songer, of Christiansburg; brothers, Carl L. Songer, of Narrows, and Tony Taylor, of Pinellis Park, Fla.; her daughter’s father, Ronald Hoston, of Narrows; special friends, Fay Collins, Tim Lawson, Jasper Swaine, and many other friends. A memorial service will be conducted 2 p.m. Sunday, December 11, 2011, in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel, with William (Bill) Brown officiating. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to McCoy Funeral Home to help with the service cost. Arrangements made by McCoy Funeral Home, Blacksburg.
