Ozie Lee Sutphin, age 84, of Christiansburg died, Sunday, November 6, 2011, at Lewis Gale Hospital Montgomery. She was born in Grahams Forge, VA. on March 2, 1927 to the late Arnold Lee and Julia Byrd Gibson Sutphin. She was preceded by her Sister, Eva Sue Quesenberry. She is survived by her 2 Sons and Daughters-in-law, Arnold Cereal & Bonnie Sutphin of Christiansburg, Gary Steven & Carolyn Sutphin, Riner. 2 Grandchildren: Julia Lynn Shepherd and husband David, Matthews, NC., Christopher Steven Sutphin and Jessica, Christiansburg, 4 Great-Grandchildren: Brayden McCoy Shepherd, Parker Reed Shepherd, Courtney Faith Sutphin, Christopher Daniel Shane Sutphin. A Brother and Sister-In-Law: Alfred Otis and Jackie Sutphin, of Christiansburg. 2 Sisters and Brothers-In-Law: Mildred and Clyde Necessary of Christiansburg, Mozelle Day, Goldbond, Va. Memorial services will be conducted Thursday, November 10, 2011 at 11:00 am in the McCoy Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gary McCoy officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:30 – 11:00 am Thursday prior to the service. In lieu of flowers memorial contribution may be made to the charity of your choice.
