Charlie Lewis Duncan, 84, of Floyd, passed away on Monday, September 19, 2011. He is preceded in death by his wife of 40 years, Shirley M. Duncan. He is survived by nieces, Bonnie Wray and Thurman, of Floyd, and Connie Bond and Reif, of Indian Valley; and special great- niece, Stacy Thompson, of Floyd. A Graveside Service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 21, 2011, at Quesenberry Cemetery, Shady Grove Road, with Pastor Roy Turpin officiating.
